     The Stockholm City Hall is one of Sweden’s most famous buildings, and one of the capital's most visited tourist attractions. It houses offices for 200 people including the Municipal Council, and is also famous for its grand ceremonial halls and unique art pieces. The Stockholm City Hall is the venue of the Nobel Prize banquet held on 10 December each year.

• 09.35 - 10.30 Presentations of public funding possibilities focused on the needs of festivals.
  Creative Europe 2014-2020 presented by Elin Rosenström, Creative Europe Desk Culture in Sweden and
  Nordic Culture Fund Senior Adviser Peter Larsen, presenting funding possibilities of Nordic Culture Fund and Nordic Culture Point.
   

• 10.30 - 10.45 Presentation of Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe (EFFE) by Hugo de Greef, EFA Interim Secretary General
   

• 10.45 - 12.30 Presentations of 6 collaborative arts projects which are presented by festivals and are seeking partners, followed by comments and questions. All projects have been selected via an open call by the NBFP working group. The projects are listed here.

• 14.30 - 16.00 Panel: On past and on-going collaborative projects: the ideology of cooperation and practical examples

Panellists: Ann Mari Engel, Secretary General, Swedish Centre of the International Theatre Institute and former Director of the Swedish Biennial for Performing Arts; Per Boye Hansen, Artistic Director of the Norwegian National Opera and former Director of Bergen International Festival; Erik Söderblom, stage director, former Director of Helsinki Festival and former Artistic Director of International Theatre Festival Baltic Circle

• 16.30 - 17.30 Open discussion and festival introduction session: small pre-signed-up festival presentations (5 minutes per festival) and discussion for festival managers sharing their cooperation experiences (what has worked, what has not, cross-genre cooperations etc.) and elaborating on how the NordicBaltic Festival Platform could support their goals.
